Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking date will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Explorelyst

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour or activity due to severe weather conditions, unforeseen safety hazards, or operational constraints, altered plans or entirely canceled bookings will be fully refunded to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your trip at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation, please email us or reach out via our contact phone number with your Booking Reference ID. Authorized refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
